1  Device characteristics

3  Basic configuration and functions

1. Control panel

Refrigeration Compressor Performance Test Training Device adopts double-layer matte dense grain plastic spraying structure, with novel shape. The refrigeration system is arranged at the top layer, which can visually display the structure of the refrigeration system; The front is equipped with power control and measuring instrument function panel. Four universal wheels with brakes are installed at the bottom for easy movement and fixation.

PT100 platinum resistance is used as the sensor, and the measurement range is - 50 150 degree . 8 groups of temperature parameters are measured through piano key switching, including compressor suction port temperature, compressor exhaust port temperature, condenser outlet temperature, evaporator inlet temperature, condenser water inlet temperature, condenser water outlet temperature, evaporator water inlet temperature and evaporator water outlet temperature

(3) 2 vacuum pressure gauges (accuracy level 2.5)

The measuring range is -0.1 1.5MPa and -0.1 3.5Mpa, and the low-pressure side pressure and high-pressure side pressure of the refrigeration system are measured in real time respectively

(4) 2 flowmeters (accuracy class 0.5)

Glass rotameter with measuring range of 16 160ml / min is used to measure the cooling water flow of condenser and evaporator respectively

6. Control instrument

One high and low pressure controller: monitor the low pressure side pressure and high pressure side pressure of the refrigeration system in real time. When the high pressure is higher than the set value or the low pressure is lower than the set value, the controller sends a control signal to cut off the power supply of the compressor
